Pilates4you was founded in 2010 by Serap Erbas as a fully certified mat and equipment instructor both in the UK and the US. We have a new studio in a beautiful location in Bayswater. ​ The Studio offers excellent facilities to practice Pilates using Equipment as well as Yoga and meditation practices. The studio is furnished with the complete range of equipment developed by Joseph Pilates himself and featuring BASI Systems equipment line in Turkey design developed by BASI Pilates founder Rael Isacowitz. One of our room is designed for complementary therapies. Therapies include; Physiotherapy, sports massage, Reiki and one to one Meditation.
