CranioSacral therapy is a gentle but profound way of getting in touch with the natural healing potential of your body and mind. It does not use any manipulation. The therapist just uses a light touch to listen deeply to the clients CranioSacral system which has the effect of inducing a state of relaxation and stillness in which the body will take the opportunity to release held patterns of stress and trauma from the past. Rather than trying to fix your problems using specific techniques we rely upon working with what arises in the moment and harnessing the inbuilt healing capacity of your body. My job as a therapist is to be a grounded anchor and provide a healing space within which you body will naturally move towards health.
