Photographing people has always been my passion, getting to work with likeminded people who have fallen in love is the icing on the cake, the world is full of positives and negatives, I prefer to focus on the positives and love is right up there! My approach is to encapsulate your special day; the candid moments, the spontaneous reactions between you and your loved ones as you celebrate one of the most powerful emotions, love. The best photos are when you are behaving naturally, they are genuine moments that have been captured not created. Weddings are exciting, all the hard work in the run-up to the day has been done, all that's left to do is enjoy the day and have a blast with your nearest and dearest! I don't like being in front of the camera, so I know what it feels like to have one pointing at you. Over my years of experience I have learnt that the recipe to success is to allow people to be themselves, there's no point in having photos of yourself doing something that you wouldn't normally do, it's old fashioned, and the images won't last the test of time. All the photos on my site are of real couples, they aren't staged, and they are not models. I do offer some guidance during the couples shoots to provide you with the best results, but I believe the time spent taking these shots should be taken as an opportunity for the newlywed couple to take a breather from the wedding madness and enjoy each other's company. The most important thing for me is to make you feel at ease and allow you to enjoy every moment of your day; the rest will follow naturally!
