I see clients through my independent private practice for long-term or short-term work; covering a wide range of issues and problems; from relationship difficulties, bereavement, work-related issues, career change, illness, becoming a carer or just being at a crossroads in life and not knowing which way to turn. I am open friendly, easy to talk to, with a good sense of humour and I always try to put people at their ease because I know it can be difficult to take that first step. My approach is to create a warm, supportive environment in which you can discuss the issues you would like to work through in counselling. I won't tell you what to do, but I will work with you in a non-judgemental way to see what feels right for you. Sometimes life can become complex and when it does the best advice is to take some time and space for yourself.
