Hi there, I am a BACP registered qualified Integrative Therapist offering counselling and therapy to adults and adolescents. As one size does not fit all, my approach is flexible and tailored to your needs at this time. Sometimes it helps to air our issues with an objective and trained individual who can help to see things from a different angle. Sometimes we need space and time to think things through or sometimes, things can get a little overwhelming and seeking support to get through it, can be helpful. Sometimes, being listened to and heard can in itself be healing. As an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist we look at your current situation and if open to it, explore childhood/early life experience to connect to root cause or issue that is bothering you. Working together we can decide the best course of action for you - short or longer term counselling. Either way, it will be a collaborative and I hope energising experience. Taking the initial step to seek support whilst brave, can be trepidatious so I offer a free introductory call to get a sense of each other and answer any questions you might have. Simply put, I offer a safe space for you to be heard in an emphatic and nonjudgmental way.
