Having tried standard gyms I realised they were not for me as I could never get on the equipment I wanted, I was self concious of my fitness level and didn't like the thought of being watched by the people who know what they are doing while I am starting off. So I started to build up my own home gym while living with my parents and over the years created a routine with my friends using basic equipment to do a full body workout but realised that I couldn't fit this in my flat and I know this is an issue with a lot of people now. So I came up with The Personal Space Gym to give everyone the opportunity to get fit, healthy and more confident with up to 3 people per room (5 Rooms in total) you can work out with the people you feel comfortable with and with either a treadmill or cross trainer in each room as well as dumbells, a multigym and rowing machine as standard you have all you need to find your happy again. Nevermind the weather as we have air conditioning you and your friend or personal trainer can still get your workout done without distraction in a comfortable environment.
