Our senior surveyor Paul Hamilton's expertise is based on 40 years experience in the building remedial building industry. He started as remedial technician at the age of twenty and in 1992 started his own remedial treatment company. Paul became the first Independent Surveyor in 2001 and in January 2007 became the first Independent Surveying member of the Property Care Association (P.C.A.). As an Independent Surveying member of the Property Care Association (P.C.A.) he has worked for a number of the Association members as well as specifies, property developers and members of the general public. In recent years he has been an examiner for the oral section of the recognised industry qualification C.S.T.D.B Certificated Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings formerly C.S.R.T Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments. He was also a member of the Property Care Association (P.C.A.) Board until February 2018
