Our quietly positioned and beautifully renovated former gate house is at the top of The Kipling Tors, is the lovely coastal village of Westward Ho! where you can be sure of spacious rooms filled with lots of essentials privately accessed, both on ground level, very comfortable beds, soft duvets, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and a breakfast you won't be disappointed with. We are Richard & Lisa and have owned Tors Top since 2015, since then we have worked extremely hard to renovate it, still trying to keep its character. In that time we have replaced the roof providing rooms upstairs, while downstairs space to accommodate two guest bedrooms both with their own en-suite/bathroom and private entrances. Richard being a builder by trade and me being promoted to labourer made our journey a little easier. We ran a holiday home in Instow for a few years which we really enjoyed, providing a lovely welcoming home from home experience. Our gorgeous home provides a peaceful, clean, luxurious, coastal retreat with the South West Coast path right on our doorstep. We provide extremely comfortable beds, luxury bed linen toiletries and towels, a great bathroom and en-suite, a freshly cooked breakfast using local produce as much as possible with a wide range of cereals and fruit options. ​ We have been open since March 2018 and have enjoyed every bit of becoming a great place to stay while here in Westward Ho! we thoroughly enjoy meeting our guests and making their stay as comfortable as possible. ​ We look forward to meeting you soon.
