At PrimeCarers, we work hard to make our platform the easiest way to find care. We hire carers across the UK with confidence in their skills and knowledge, and we check to ensure that they are all safe to work with by continuously checking their records to ensure they are safe and trustworthy. When clients search for care in their area, all the registered carer profiles will appear, giving the client the opportunity to contact them directly through the site. As a platform we would not get involved with the conversations unless we are asked, or unless we notice a breach of our policy. Once both parties are happy, an introductory visit can be set (This must be accepted by both parties). This visit is free. This visit gives the client the chance to speak to the carer in person, and interview them if they want. If all is well, then paid visits should be booked through the site, and accepted/agreed upon by both parties. - The visits must be booked through the site. This is to keep both parties safe, as if anything were to happen, we would be able to have some details of who was where and when. For carers, booking visits through the site is most important, as we can not ensure a proper payment, as everything is done automatically when the visit is booked. We also insure carers when they are working, and so if the visit is not booked, we would not know to insure the carer during the visit.
