I can help you find out what is currently causing you disturbance, and then offering a toolkit for you to use to learn how to deal with things differently in the future. I work in a humanistic person-centered way and also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem. I work with individuals, young people and couples.
