The internals of the home utilise plastered walls with feature timbering in the form of major beams and posts left exposed, and all complimented with quality internal timber doors and millwork. Externally we offer a wide variety of finishes, be it masonry; render; timber or modern proprietary materials. Our preferred external finish of Western Red Cedar, is a very resilient cladding material which has a powerful natural resistance to decay, is very stable, pliant, and of course looks and smells fantastic. Our prefabricated walls achieve thermal performance 50%-64% better than the Building Regulations require, and we can offer complimentary ranges of double and triple glazed windows right up to 'Passivhaus' standards. We also include a raft of standard items to improve the efficiency and airtightness of your property. While we offer a high-quality specification, we are happy to suggest alternatives to meet your specific needs. This is all very technical, and it can be difficult for you to visualise your thoughts in an actual design. This is where we can also be of great help. Using our CAD 3D systems, we work with our clients, to create stunning, natural homes ..... the systems allowing you to view the home with you choice of finish, not only in the traditional Plan & Elevation format, but also as 3D photo images externally and internally.
