Trichloramine is a volatile hazardous product formed in chlorinated swimming pools which causes asthma and other respiratory problems. Pool operators have a duty of care towards their customers, staff and anyone else who may be exposed to any potential danger arising from their activity. The World Health Organisation recommends an exposure limit for Trichloramine of 0.5 mg/m3, other expert bodies recommend a lower limit of 0.3 mg/m3. Using state of the art instrumentation I can measure trichloramine emissions in your natatorium and provide a report. Testing and report preparation normally takes circa 3 hours. I am based in West Sussex but offer this service anywhere on the mainland UK.
