My Senior Gym is an online senior fitness platform that can be accessed in the comfort of your own home. Our expert-led classes cater for clients from 40yrs to 100yrs young! It is our role to inform and inspire you on your journey to a fitter, happier and healthier you! Our varied range of fitness workouts will keep you coming back for more! We have the following subjects available: dance; gentle exercise; stability and strength; tai chi; yoga; pilates. Also, all of our workouts are designed with you in mind from an active 50yr old to a person who is chair based or may be suffering from limiting conditions such as dementia and Parkinson's. You can use one of our preset programs and follow recommended classes each week or design your own! We also have plenty of health based resources to help keep you motivated and interested in achieving your health and fitness goals. Furthermore, you will also be able to access 2 free zoom classes every week in a range of different subjects.
