We are Ella and Stuart from the leafy village of Wollaton in Nottinghamshire and, along with the help of our two children, Sebastian and Francesca would like to introduce you to Mumby. Trying to find a teething toy for a close friend brought back all of our own teething struggles. We noticed there was little choice on the market for a unique, quality, multi-sensory teething toy and this started the journey of Mamella. We wanted to create something that could be all the things we were looking for in a teething toy when our children were going through the struggles of teething. We sought the advice of a wealth of experts, but it was our own children who truly helped us to design and develop Mumby. Sebastian and Francesca were instantly intrigued and it was Francesca who named hers 'Mumby'. Later we found her cuddled up in bed with her blanket whilst soothing on one of the ears. We had a feeling from that moment that Mumby was going to be a hit with babies, toddlers and Parents alike. We first launched Mumby on Amazon and within weeks we had completely sold out. We were overwhelmed by many of the parents across the United Kingdom who had purchased Mumby and were sending us photos of their beautiful babies with our teething toy and were encouraged by the positive praise. There are now three editions of the Mumby - Petal which is a lovely pastel pink, Minty which is a calming spearmint green and Bluey (named after Ella's younger brother's comfort blanket) which is a comforting and soothing blue. Minty has been the most popular Mumby to date. We have also included a free hygiene bag, and dummy clip with each Mumby to prevent the teething toy from falling on the floor when being used by baby. The hygiene bag can safely store Mumby when not in use. Safety is paramount to Mamella and all of our Mumbys' are BPA, Phthalates, Lead & Latex Cadmium Free, as well as being free of all other toxic materials.
