Solution Focused hypnotherapy uses the clinically proven techniques of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness and combines them with hypnosis to make important positive changes within a short period of time. At this point, you can ask me any questions and ensure you're comfortable and ready for a session together. The initial session will usually last between one and one and a half hours. This is where we get to know each other through an informal chat and information gathering. I will explain how the brain works, why we can suffer from issues, and how hypnotherapy can help you. We will finish off with a trance session so you can leave feeling fully relaxed and refreshed. A complimentary CD/download is included which will support work done in our clinical sessions together. All treatment is tailored to the individual so your needs are met. Prices Initial Call: This would normally last around 15 minutes and is completely free of charge. General Hypnotherapy Sessions: The total quantity of sessions can differ depending on individual needs however, as a rough guide, 4 - 8 is average. The 1st session will usually last one to one and a half hours with further sessions lasting one hour, costing £90 per session. Phobias: This would usually require 3 sessions at £90 per session.
