I offer Reiki treatments and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) therapy. Private therapy and group events are available for EFT sessions. Zoom appointments are available.

I am based in Barkham, Wokingham, Berkshire and all treatments take place from the comfort of my private treatment room.

Care plans are available for chronic and longer-term support.

EFT combines talk therapy with gentle tapping on the points used in acupuncture to change negative thought patterns and emotions.
