My experience as a compassionate health practitioner of 25 years has been in part within the NHS, palliative care. Within the last 15 years of my private practice, I am humbly blessed to have witnessed people's lives heal, change and transform into an embodiment of newfound confidence, self-empowerment, self-worth to name a few... I specialise in trauma, depression, anxiety childhood issues, abuse, relationship issues, grief to name just a few... Ultimately, the result is that you don't feel good enough within, lacking confidence, repeating the same patterns. The good news is you hold the power to change if you are open and honest with yourself. Sometimes you're not aware of why you act or behave in a certain way as it's the sub-conscious operating system running from old programs, false beliefs, false truths etc. I guide you into a relaxed space and take you through a soul process to help you release, acknowledge and shift your mindset and being-ness into transformation through healing the blocked emotions, blocked energy: mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. The work I do is psycho-dynamic, gentle yet bold, working at your own pace but, shifting and releasing quickly, gain results in a short space of time, instead of prolonged years.
