I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor working in Plymouth, offering face-to-face, phone and video counselling sessions. I offer a safe, confidential and welcoming space, and I've helped people from all walks of life, dealing with many issues. I combine Person Centred Therapy, with techniques from CBT, Gestalt Therapy and Mindfulness. This means I can use different approaches to offer you the counselling that will best suit you. I have particular experience of working with women who have pregnancy related issues including infertility, pregnancy anxiety, traumatic birth, PTSD, miscarriage, still birth and abortion. This also includes working with couples, if appropriate.
