My services include an initial 60 minute consultation followed by a 30 or 45 minute follow up session. My treatments include deep tissue massage, trigger point release, spinal manipulation, joint mobilisation, prescribing an individualised exercise program, recommending mobility aids, taping, physio acupuncture, posture correction, advice and education for long term management.
