MP Personal Training

My name is Martin and I own and run a fully equipped Private PT Studio located 5 mins from Hove Train Station. With Private parking, Own entrance and the bonus of having indoor and outdoor training spaces (which are both heated and lit when needed), I know that I can help provide you with a safe and inviting training location during these mad Covid-19 times. As my Studio space is Private it allows for extra barrier breaking that other places can't rival. The biggest barrier that can be broken is that for parents whom struggle with childcare and can't attend training within gyms.. I'm a father of 3 so have experienced this myself. How do I break this barrier? Well You can bring them with you as long as you provide their entertainment and If they are over 8 years old they can train with you in a partnered session. Services available are as follows - 121 & Partnered Sessions, Parent and Child (8yrs+), Bespoke Small Group PT (Maximum of 6 people split the charge between you), Both 30 or 60 min sessions available, Fully Qualified PT, Fully Insured Business (with certificate on display), Memberships for those whom commit to regular training. What to expect - If you're unsure about taking on a Personal Trainer, pop down for 30 mins, lets chat and see what I can do for you, there is NO Charge for this, but it will need to be organised and booked in. I do this as You have to be comfortable and confident with who ever you choose to train you. From here we get you booked in for a 60 min Assessment, this will cover Medical and Exercise history, lifestyle questionnaire and a movement assessment where I can see if you have any muscular or postural imbalances to work with or avoid, this information will help direct the course of your training to achieve the goals we agree together. Next we choose the best option for your personal health, fitness and lifestyle journey, this could be seeing me once a month and having homework tasks to complete all the way through to seeing me a few times per week for supported training, even how long the session should last as both 30 & 60min options are available. This is not only budget guided but motivation.. Training is then booked in accordingly and we get started ASAP. The first week of every month is Accountability week, this is where all measurements are retaken and any changes to our predicted journey can be made. I cover the following and your results are confidential - Tape measurements taken at 10 points, Bodyfat / Muscle %, Weight, Visceral Fat rating (the damaging fats that cover your organs), BMI (Body Mass Index), BMR (How many calories you require a day). Side note - I have done this a long time, over 19 years now and have helped 1000's of people, all you unique like you, to not only reach their goals, rebuild weaker areas post surgeries and pregnancy, but helped them regain control of their mental health and boosted confidence to all new heights..
