We are a new clothing brand providing high quality men's t-shirts online, with an emphasis on fit and style using quality fabrics at a reasonable price. Our slim fit premium t-shirts are enzyme washed during manufacturing for a unique soft-hand feel to ensure a premium finish with all our products. We also work with local businesses to help produce our products with the screen printing and Direct to Garment printing of our t-shirts and the embroidery of our sweatshirts. We do this because we acknowledge the tremendous risk and challenges inherent to starting your own business, whilst it also allows us to be more hands on in the process and be there first hand. Following the success of our first collection of clothing we released, we have decided to release a second collection of Men's oversized t-shirts as we wanted to offer people an option for looser fit clothing. However, this time we will be targeting more of a niche for this collection. This collection will be MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) inspired streetwear. This clothing will have designs that are inspired by MMA for MMA fans to recognise and understand the connection, but not too heavily inspired so that people that do not understand the references can still like the clothing. The reason for this is because we wanted people to be able to express their interest in MMA through clothing. Additionally, we believe that there is a gap in the market. We felt that the clothing that is currently available like this in the market is mostly poor quality, with basic images printed onto clothing without any thought or work put behind it. We will be launching more products from our second collection in the near future gradually and as usual this collection will have very low quantities of stock to test out the market and interest. In ancient Greek 'ARETE' means excellence of any kind. The meaning also revolves around the fulfilment of purpose or function; the act of living up to one's full potential. This name was chosen as the meaning really resonated with us, like many people, we have struggled with finding our own purpose and living up to our full potential. Using this name we aim to spread a positive message to people and to help people look and feel better about themselves. The person of ARETE is of the highest effectiveness; they use all their faculties--strength, bravery, and wit--to achieve real results. This is what we want the brand to stand for with its core values but to also try to pass down these values and encourage them onto our consumers.
