Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on healing which can revitalise you, or assist you to sleep or to deal with stress. It's very good for aiding recovery after operations, or coping with shock in emergencies, and can greatly help people dealing with loss and illness. Reiki can also be used to help people with behavioural change, and release from trauma. Reiki energy is an enhancer and a magnifier, and can be used to intensely empower your visions and dreams. With nearly forty years combined Reiki experience, we are confident that we will be able to give you the help you need. For our Reiki Courses we keep the groups small (usually 3-5 participants) as this allows us to give everyone lots of individual attention. Our aim is to give you not only a fully immersive Reiki training experience, but also a good grounding in understanding both yourself and other people. We've found over many years' experience that this enables our trainees to be significantly more effective in clearing their own issues, and much more knowledgeable and confident in helping other people to deal with their issues. Whether you're an existing Reiki practitioner at any level, or just curious about Reiki in Basingstoke and how it might help you, you're welcome to come to the Wellbeing Consultancy Reiki Exchange / Reiki Share. It's an opportunity to get together with like-minded people in a warm and supportive environment, to give and receive Reiki and, for newcomers, to have your questions answered and experience Reiki for the first time. We meet every Wednesday, 19:15-21:15.
