Our award-winning team of Architects includes an RIBA Chartered Architect and a Conservation Accredited Architect (AABC). Our team is creative, highly-skilled and has a passion for sustainable design. Our HQ is based at Cullompton, Devon, with a central Exeter meeting space. We work across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and beyond.

We have a wealth of experience in the conservation, refurbishment and renovation of Listed Buildings and the sustainable design of extensions and new builds. We have also worked extensively in conservation areas and are experts in negotiating and justifying planning proposals.

We are a RIBA Chartered Practice. This demonstrates that hmad|architects is committed to excellence in design and customer service. All RIBA accredited Chartered Practices must meet a strict eligibility criterion, including adhering to the RIBA's Code of Conduct.
