Thought leadership (disability) Disability awareness I was born with a disability resulting from a brain injury sustained at birth - without exaggeration, I've spent my entire life fighting against negative opinions, assumptions and stereotypes attempting to dictate what I can and cannot do or achieve with my life & career. As a result, disability awareness, open discussion, and normalising 'difference' is incredibly important to me.
