At RJ Counselling services, we work with those who are struggling with their mental health. We work with client's who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood or depression. If you are struggling to understand why you are feeling the way you are, then we will provide you in a non judgemental space to explore what you may be struggling with. If you don't understand why you may be being triggered to certain situations, then we can help discover this. If you are being overwhelmed by negative thoughts or stuck in a vicious cycle of thinking and want to learn coping mechanisms and have a more positive outlook on life we can help by using CBT techniques.
