Borrow and Nest is a subscription-based toy rental that enables families to borrow and swap from a curated collection of beautiful wooden toys by award-winning designers, without contributing to plastic-waste. We have children, families, and the planet in mind. Borrowing instead of buying new encourages a circular economy, reduces plastic consumption, extends the toy's lifecycle, reduces the demand for new toys, and reduces the number of toys ending up in landfill. We hope to normalise second-hand toys by teaching children about the importance of sharing and a sustainable culture. Hand chosen to spark imagination and open-ended play; our toys are preloved but create brand new memories wherever they go. Monthly subscribers have the freedom to choose which two wooden toys they'd like to borrow at a time, and for how long. Our hand-chosen range includes wooden rattles, sorting boxes, vehicles, stackers and puzzles. Toys are thoroughly inspected and cleaned in-between customers before being delivered in plastic-free packaging.
