We are positive force-free concept trainers (think of concepts as the building blocks to your dogs personality) where we focus on the weaknesses and turn them into strengths so that your dog is equipped to make great decisions when faced with a situation. So whether you are struggling with loose lead walking, recall, jumping up at visitors, separation related behaviours or your dog is reactive, we can help you. Our training doesn't stop as we continue to be mentored by our own trainers Lauren Langman and Dr Tom Mitchell of Absolute Dogs to ensure we keep up to date with modern methods all backed by scientific research. We are also members of the Pet Professional Network where our membership requires us to achieve a number of CPD points per year to prove we are staying current with our training. Tracy is also a Hoopers World Instructor plus also a Level 5 certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a certified Life Purpose Coach which enables us to have great success with both ends of the lead, avoid overwhelm and develop success strategies that deliver fantastic results.
