Hi I'm Emma and I'm a therapeutic counsellor working online and in person. I especially focus on helping those going through life changes, struggling with emotional burnout and anxiety, old repetitive, childhood patterns and painful experiences around relationship loss, breakup, divorce, separation and emotional neglect. My approach is heart centred and holistic, I blend counselling with energy healing and energy psychology to create integrated change. In my sessions you'll find a safe space to land where you can reconnect with yourself and explore what needs attention and healing. I bring special attention to the mind/body connection for more emotional resilience and wellbeing, using techniques and tools that engage the powerful influences of our nervous system, working with it to support recovery and the journey back to emotional safety.
