I am a counsellor and a qualified Mental Health practitioner, specialising in Integrative and holistic approach to counselling and mental wellbeing support. I provide in-person, telephone and online (via Zoom) counselling and mental wellbeing support to individuals aged 18 years and above, who are experiencing the following mental and psychological concerns: Anxiety, Depression, Anger awareness and management, ADHD/ASD awareness and support, Low self-esteem, Low confidence , Low Motivation Addiction problems, Grief/loss, Bereavement counselling and support, motivation issues and Stress awareness and management problems.

Business hours - Monday to Friday - 09.30hrs to 14.30hrs. I also provide Counselling support on 4 evenings a week (Mondays to Thursdays 20.00hrs - 22.00hrs)

Fees Structure - One to one sessions are charged at £45 per session (£30 for students with valid and current student ID). Clients can also book multiple counselling session at any one time for a discounted rate (e.g., £120.00 for 3 sessions). All sessions are scheduled for 60mins. Psychoeducation (group) sessions on the following topics: Anxiety and Depression awareness and management Stress management Confidence/self-esteem Building Motivation Prices: £30.00 per attendee. Workshops are scheduled for a minimum of 90 mins (minimum). I operate Scotland wide.
