Hello and welcome to my page. As a Person-Centred Counsellor my aim is to work alongside you, supporting you in any decisions you choose to make. My aim is to build a professional, trusting relationships with you by offering unconditional positive regard where confidentiality is paramount. Seeking counselling and having a space to talk and to focus on you can help when life throws you difficult situations, feelings and events that you feel you can't face alone. I am here to help you work your way through them. I am currently offering telephone, zoom and face to face sessions depending on your needs and work with young people from 14 years old through to adults. Sessions are client led where you will have the space to share your feelings, opinions, views and beliefs without judgement so that a greater self-belief and confidence can be achieved. I understand how daunting and scary it can be to have counselling but taking the next step to call me will hopefully alleviate some of the worries and stresses you are feeling.
