CrossFit Iron Duke was established in 2014, and is located a few minutes from the main A3 in Waterlooville, outside of Portsmouth. Inside our gym you will find a training rig and individual stations, perfect for gymnastics and weightlifting, full length lifting platforms, Concept 2 rowers and ski-ergs plus Assault Bikes, as well as a huge variety of barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbells, wall balls and plyo boxes. CrossFit is the perfect functional fitness regime and combines a mixture of cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting, to give you a great - but never boring - total body workout. Our members that train here, do so because they, like the other 99.9%** of CrossFitters, want to improve their life, and because they enjoy it and have fun! You will be led by experienced CrossFit Trainers in small class sizes. Research shows that training in a group environment motivates individuals. Each class is suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. In addition to our CrossFit classes, we also run Total Body Conditioning classes which are perfect for people with no CrossFit experience and who just want to `work out`, plus two dedicated Iron Duke Barbell Clubs ideal for those who want to get better at weightlifting, and a mobility class. We also run weekly CrossFit Teens (11-16 years) and CrossFit Kids classes (5-11 years old). All our coaches are CrossFit Trainers and we have a wide range of experience including mobility; pre and post natal; adaptive; strength & conditioning; weightlifting; gymnastics; kids training; mental health; nutrition and specialist areas such as training in CrossFit with Cancer and functional fitness for women. If that wasn't enough, we have plenty of free parking on site; bicycle storage; male and female changing rooms - including showers; kids room (children are your responsibility though!); consultation room for sports massage; chill out area, outside seating area and our very own in-house coffee shop 'All About The Grind'.
