My name is Jo, a portrait photographer living in West Sussex with my husband and two sons. I offer Early years portrait Photography, Newborn to five years, family and equine photo shoots. I aim to create natural and candid images with sessions that are generally child-led; I do not spend a lot of time directing and prefer a more free flow for honest images suffused with warmth. I use props to help relax and engage children but your role, as a parent, family member or guardian, in helping with this is invaluable as you know what makes your child tick, how to get the best giggles and biggest smiles! I have been around horses and had my own for most of my life. I am now offering the opportunity to have some beautiful, treasured images of you and your equine friend. I am offering both natural Portraits of images taken in harmony with beautiful surroundings or Digital portraits enhanced with digital backgrounds for a more artistic, contemporary look. Based in Horsham, I can travel to your home, your favourite venue or location I suggest. While my shoots generally take place outdoors, newborn shoots are done in the comfort of your home and I bring all I need with me to create lasting images of your little one and you, should you wish, as they have just entered the world!
