All new builds require an 'Air Tightness Test', also know as 'Air Permeability Test', 'Air Pressure Test' or 'Air Leakage Test' to meet building regulations. This is the service i provide along with extractor fan testing. An Air Tightness Test can also be useful on existing buildings to help identify drafts and then suggest how to improve to help lower heating energy costs.
