I am a Holistic Counsellor. I offer sessions that will benefit anyone who desires to look deeper, with attention to the interplay of mind, emotion, body and soul in the creation of stress, fatigue, anxiety or dis-ease. In these sessions we naturally flow between a range of modalities that allow us to identify, release and transform imbalances. Through greater awareness and recognition of your own truth, you can start to heal.  What is going on with you? Do you know what is true for you?
