I completely understand the desperation that not feeling happy with your life can come with. Person-centred therapy is not a quick fix, it is all about the relationship which is why it's important we connect. I am not a doctor and treating the symptoms does not bring you inner peace. Person-centred therapy involves me seeing the world through your eyes, being willing to fully trust each other and share some things you may have never told anyone before. I am a strong believer that investing on your internal happiness is the best investment you can make, as the longest place you will ever live is within your own body and the longest relationship you will ever have, will be the one with yourself so lets value that together.
