I'm a fully qualified Life Coach with a Diploma in Transformative Coaching which is a triple-accredited course by the International Coach Federation (USA), the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (Europe), and the Association for Coaching (UK). My coaching approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and based on the belief that you have the potential to create the life you truly desire. I can help you identify and challenge any limiting beliefs getting in your way so you can start to see yourself and the world in more truthful and positive ways. I offer four coaching programmes across multiple timescales so you can choose the one that's right for you. In all four programmes we will work together to get clarity on your goals, identify obstacles in your way and empower you to come up with solutions, before taking action--supercharged by the insights gained during our sessions.
