Established in 2011, Carolyn and the County Care Team work tirelessly to provide care and support to adults and children at home. The County Care carers are well trained, reliable, devoted and good listeners always being responsive to their clients' needs. The care team will identify and work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals to ensure respectful, compassionate and joined up support is given. The care options range from 1 hour a day to 24 hour live in care. County Care Berkshire provide the following services- personal care, meal preparation, medication support, companionship, dementia care, hospital to home support, complex health care (for example bowel management, catheter care, epilepsy, peg feeding, ventilation and cough assist) respite care and live in care.
