Our standard process is to arrange a first appointment which can be face to face in your own home or our town centre offices. Once we have agreed on the legal documents we are going to prepare we provide you with our written terms of business and a fixed fee quote. When you have signed our terms of business, we will then produce a draft and accompanying commentary for you to check. If there are any areas that you are unclear about we can have a further free meeting to go over everything. It is vitally important to us that you are happy with the paperwork and fully understand it. Once the draft has been approved, we produce the official documents and arrange to meet up again for signing and witnessing. We can offer professional storage at this stage if you so wish. Finally, you will be placed onto our follow up system where we endeavour to contact you every three years to check if there are any alterations or updates required.
