I work with athletes and performers who want to excel in their sport, prepare for competition, and overcome the challenges they are facing. I'm a fully registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist working with athletes from Rugby, Football, Golf, Athletics, Cycling, Esports, and many more areas. I work with clients on: Confidence, Performance, Anxiety, Perfectionism, Mental Blocks, Motivation, and many more areas.
