Whether online, in-person or by telephone counselling is one way to deal with the challenges of your mental health difficulties. It helps with understanding your feelings and actions, discovering your real self, making better choices and taking control of your life. An honest, trusting, individually tailored relationship is one of the keys to positive outcomes and I aim to build one with you. Therapy may take a little or a long time and I'm not going to sugar-coat it; it might get difficult, painful at times and it will take effort but I'm willing if you are.
