Hypnobirthing is a form of antenatal education that teaches you all about: the science behind labour; tools and techniques to remain calm and in control; how to reduce fear and anxiety; your rights and choices to make informed decisions and what you can control (there is a lot!) to have a truly positive experience, wherever or however you choose to birth your baby.
