Giving birth is a transformative experience. With an experienced doula by her side a woman has a much faster labour and birth, asks for less pain relief, has fewer interventions and has a more positive experience. I am a birth doula with over 5 years experience of encouraging women to achieve the birth of their choice. Postnatally I support new families in the first few weeks following the birth.
