I'm a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor offering a calm, thoughtful and non-judgmental space to explore whatever is weighing on you. People often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. Therapy with me is about slowing things down, paying attention to what's really going on beneath the surface, and making sense of it together. My work is grounded in humanistic and Gestalt traditions, which means I focus on the relationship between us and what's happening in the here and now. Rather than offering quick solutions, I'm interested in understanding how you've learned to cope, the roles you've taken on, and what might be wanting attention now. I see therapy as a collaborative process -- one where curiosity, honesty and compassion create the conditions for real change. I work with individual adults in Sevenoaks, central London and online. My practice is inclusive and shaped by a commitment to social justice, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities. I have particular experience working with: - Life transitions, uncertainty and existential questions - Grief and loss, including extensive work in hospice settings - Repeating relational patterns and difficulties in connection - Men's mental health, especially around pressure, responsibility and emotional expression My approach is relational and embodied. At times, we may notice what's happening in your body, or use gentle creative or reflective approaches to access feelings that are hard to put into words. I'm also influenced by ecotherapy and the restorative impact of our relationship with the natural world. I offer both short- and long-term therapy, shaped around your pace and needs. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real, and supported enough to take risks. I work with a flexible sliding-scale fee model to help keep therapy accessible.
