Booking takes a few minutes. You choose a service and a time at www.id1verify.co.uk, pay online, and a Zoom link is sent to you automatically. At the appointment, an SRA-regulated solicitor checks your identity documents, confirms your identity using secure verification technology, and completes and signs the form while you are on the call. You then receive the signed form ready to send to HM Land Registry. Prices are fixed with no hidden fees: £79 for an ID1 or ID2 with ID5 verification, and £99 for overseas customers.
