George and Johannes (both South Africans by the way, and very proud of it) arrived in the UK sometime in 2002/2003. This is when they started their first catering venture: nyama-catering, another outside catering company but with a South African twist. Nyama is hugely successful, but we have found a screaming demand in the market for organic catering that could not be satisfied through Nyama Catering, hence starting up organic-hogroast where we aim to deliver this service. So through our experience in the industry we are very confident that we will be able to exceed our customers´ expectations time and time again.
