I am a personal trainer and sports massage therapist working in the Cambridge and surrounding area. I set up the personal training business over 7 years ago after noticing a lack of personal approach to training. I currently use a personal and tailored approach to fitness and can train and massage people in their home, at work or in a gym, whatever is more convenient. I am also an accomplished Thai and Kick Boxer and have fought and competed at International level. I currently teach muay thai boxing in the Cambridgeshire area and also offer one to one tutition.
