I believe this non-directive approach of counselling cannot help you with only one aspect of your life, but can contribute to an overall healthier self. I have worked for the NHS in the past as a bereavement & palliative care counsellor. I have also worked for small and large charity organisations. I currently work as a paid counsellor with Relate and I work privately from home. I am a member of the 'British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy' and work within their ethical framework.
