We will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit your property and carry out the Inspection. The survey will last approximately an hour depending on the size of the property. We will then compile the report, lodge it with the relevant Government Department and email the EPC to you (Hard copy can be arranged if required), within 24hrs of the Inspection, more often than not, the same day.
