Flossie Hopewell''s Is a toyless play session, where children are encouraged to play with unconventional toys, such as Cardboard boxes, blankets, tunnels and use their imaginations. All materials used during these sessions have been or can be recycled. The sessions are semi structured and liked to music throughout. Parents are encouraged to play with their children under the direction of a session leader. All sessions end with relaxation time. The atmosphere at these sessions is relaxed and welcoming, there is no intimidating element which is often the case at conventional play sessions.
