Having been brought up in the restaurant trade, I then studied for 4 years at the internationally renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). I now offer individual Nutritional Therapy consultations to help with a wide range of health issues. I also offer menu consultancy services to cafes, bars and restaurants. Qualifications: ION Diploma, Foundation Science Degree in Nutritional Therapy. Full member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy). Nutritional Therapy Council registered Practitioner.
